Day 1 · Friday, November 28 – Arrival

Arrivals until 3:00 PM
Private transfers from Menorca Airport to Hotel Son Granot (Es Castell).
Time to rest until all participants arrive.
Group welcome activity and experience presentation.
Cultural visit to one of Menorca's most notable Talayotic settlements.
Welcome dinner at Es Pulau. We'll take this moment for a small dynamic to build connections.

Day 2 · Saturday, November 29 – Tours and Center

Morning wellness session (45' of body awakening, gentle stretching, physical activation, breathing on mats or chair option for those who need it).
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit to old quarries transformed into a unique artistic space. Perfect space for a new dynamic, where we'll reflect on our own journey and the opportunity to connect with our own essence.
Lunch in Ciutadella (Restaurant Molí des Comte Asador) and walk through its historic center.
Sunset at Pont d'en Gil or cultural visit to one of the island's largest prehistoric cemeteries.
Dinner at Es Pulau.

Day 3 · Sunday, November 30 – Trails

Morning wellness session (45' of body awakening, gentle stretching, physical activation, breathing on mats or chair option).
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit to Monte Toro, Cavallería Lighthouse
Hike* to an impressive natural cave known as "the Cathedral" + picnic. Spectacular place for a group dynamic where we'll have the opportunity to reconnect as part of something bigger: nature, the group, the experience.

*Gentle walk on easy trails (2km out, 2km back).

Closing wellness activity, deep relaxation at the Hotel through the sounds of ancestral instruments that will induce a deep feeling of peace and balance.
Farewell dinner at Es Pulau. Perfect opportunity for a guided dynamic of what I take away.

Day 4 · Monday, December 1 – Departure

Quiet breakfast at the hotel and final conversations.
Transfer to the airport.

What to bring:
- Comfortable footwear for walking on flat trails, but sometimes somewhat uneven and with some slopes.
- Comfortable mid-season clothing; on sunny days it can even feel like a spring day.
- Warm clothing (light), it gets cool at night
- Hat/raincoat

Accessibility: sessions with chair option; gentle walks with breaks.
Weather Plan B: equivalent alternatives in protected indoor/outdoor spaces.
Durations are approximate; we adjust the pace to the group.

You don't need previous experience or a specific physical condition: it will be a gentle and adaptable pace. Small group (10–14 people) to foster connection and a trusting atmosphere. What is the maximum group size?

Our groups are small (maximum 15 people), which guarantees an intimate experience, personalized attention, and an atmosphere of genuine coexistence and connection.

Can I come alone, with a companion, or in a group?

Yes, you can come alone, with a companion, or in a group. If the group is more than 3 people, contact us so we can adjust the proposal as best as possible to the group.

How do you ensure the group will be "like-minded"?

We apply an affinity analysis method prior to the stay. This allows us to design a tailored experience and create groups with compatible interests and values to enhance connection.

What type of activities are carried out?

Activities focus on unhurried well-being and discovering places with soul. They include growth dynamics, physical activation or wellness, gentle routes, cultural visits, and moments of rest and enjoyment.

Are these "disconnection" stays or do we also explore the area?

We seek balance. You'll have time to "connect with your own center" (unhurried well-being), while we also make excursions and visits to places with special cultural or natural significance.

What type of accommodations do we use?

We select accommodations with soul (boutique hotels, special rural houses, etc.) that offer a high level of comfort and tranquility, designed for rest, well-being, and connection with others and with oneself.

Is there accompaniment or assistance during the experience?

Yes. You will have at least one Laberint Experiences facilitator who will be in charge of the group throughout the stay, ensuring comfort, well-being, and program compliance.

I have reduced mobility, can I still participate? How is accessibility managed?

Yes, but with important considerations. We value everyone's participation, but full accessibility may be limited in some of our accommodations and activities (many are charming places that don't always have modern infrastructure).
Important Note: The accommodation for this experience does not have an elevator, so it is essential that you can go up and down stairs by yourself to access the rooms and common areas.
If your mobility is limited, please let us know in the registration form. This will allow us to analyze feasibility and adapt activities as much as possible, ensuring you can enjoy the most relevant moments (group dynamics and emblematic sites). We will do everything possible to make your experience enriching, although we cannot guarantee attendance at the entire itinerary.

Can people over 75 years old participate in the tour?

Yes, people who feel aligned with the itinerary and activities presented can participate. But please, let the Laberint team know beforehand or in the registration (form). This way, we can see the feasibility of adapting activities depending on your needs so you can be present at the most relevant moments, such as our dynamics, and at the most emblematic sites.

Can I bring a companion who is under 55 years old?

Yes. Our experiences are open to everyone, and precisely the essence of Laberint values intergenerationality.
Although the proposals are especially designed for the silver audience, anyone who feels aligned with the spirit of the experience is welcome. Likewise, like the rest of the participants, an application form must be filled out; this brief form will help us get to know you a little better and ensure that the group fits with you (and you with it).

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but for now our experiences are not adapted to receive pets. We would love to be able to do so in the future, and we are exploring how to integrate it responsibly and comfortably for everyone.

I'm under 55, but I'm attracted to your experiences. Can I attend?

Yes. Our experiences are open to everyone. The essence of Laberint values intergenerationality; in fact, the project itself was born from that tandem between father and daughter, who are its founders.
Although the proposals are especially designed for the silver audience, anyone who feels aligned with the spirit of the experience is welcome. What level of physical activity do the stays require?

Activities are designed to be accessible and unhurried, focused on enjoyment and well-being. They include gentle routes and low-impact activities. Contact us and we'll answer your questions.

Does the all-inclusive service include special dietary needs?

Yes. To ensure your well-being and comfort, we ask that you indicate any allergies, intolerances, or dietary needs in the application form. This way, we will adapt the menus so you can enjoy quality and safe gastronomy throughout your stay.

Does the all-inclusive service include travel insurance?

The all-inclusive service covers accommodation, meals, activities, and facilitator. Cancellation and travel insurance is not included by default, but we strongly recommend purchasing one to cover any health issues or cancellation.

Do you organize custom experiences for closed groups?

Yes, of course. Our process begins with a detailed analysis of your group's affinity. Once we understand your profile, we apply our methodology to design a unique and tailored experience, ensuring it fits perfectly with your needs. We invite you to contact us.

How to make a reservation?

You must fill out an application form; this brief form will help us get to know you a little better and ensure that the group fits with you (and you with it).
Once we have reviewed your application form and approved the spot, you will receive a confirmation email and there will be just one step left to confirm your spot; through a secure card payment, you can complete your reservation.

Flights are not included, what should I do?

As we will indicate in the confirmation email, it is necessary to reach a minimum number of participants to confirm the group.
Once confirmed, we will notify you so you can purchase your flights with complete confidence. Your spot will be provisionally reserved as soon as we receive payment.

Experience confirmation

We will confirm you as soon as the minimum number of registrations required is reached.
Please do not purchase plane or boat tickets until you receive our final confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

If the experience is canceled by us, we will refund 100% of the reservation amount.
The amount will be fully refunded up to 15 days before the start.
After that period, you can transfer your spot to another person, always with authorization from Laberint.
